Sample ZIP File Generator
Each entry is a small text file (file-01.txt …) of fictional placeholder lines (1–20 files).
The archive is built and downloaded entirely in your browser with the Web Crypto API — nothing is uploaded. It is a real, valid ZIP you can open with unzip, macOS Archive Utility, or Windows Explorer.
Dummy ZIP archives for testing
Generate a real, openable sample ZIP without hunting for an archive to download. Use it to exercise upload flows and file-size validation, hand an extraction or parser routine a fixture, or probe storage and quota limits. Every archive holds clearly-fictional placeholder text files, so it is always safe to share.
Pick anywhere from 1 to 20 entries. Turn on “Pad to an exact file size” to hit a precise byte count from 1 KB up to 50 MB — the extra bytes are tucked into the ZIP container, which readers ignore, so the archive stays valid and extractable.
