Validate a SEDOL check digit

Paste a 7-character SEDOL (a 6-character base plus a check digit) to confirm its check digit and read off the corrected value when the digit is wrong. The check digit weights the base characters by [1, 3, 1, 7, 3, 9] over the SEDOL alphabet, where digits keep their value and consonants map B=11 through Z=35 — the vowels A, E, I, O, U are never used.
