Validate an ISIN check digit
Paste a 12-character ISIN (a 2-letter country prefix, a 9-character NSIN, and a check digit) to confirm its check digit and read off the corrected value when the digit is wrong. The check digit expands each letter to two digits (A=10 through Z=35), concatenates across the 11-character body, and applies the Luhn modulus-10 from the right. Surrounding whitespace is ignored.
