Split a bill and tip in one place

Enter a bill amount and a tip percentage to see the tip (bill × tip% ÷ 100) and the grand total (bill + tip). Set how many people are splitting it to get the per-person total and per-person tip. Tap a common rate — 10, 15, 18, 20, or 25% — to fill the tip field, or type your own. Every amount updates live as you type and is shown to two decimal places.

An inline error appears instead of a result when the bill or tip is empty, non-numeric, or negative, or when the party size is not a whole number of at least one person. Tax, currency conversion, and round-up-the-total modes are out of scope.
